I have to give a speech for the first time what do I need to do?

The first question you should ask yourself is “Are you qualified to give the talk.”  The next question you should ask is “Are you excited about giving the talk.”  If you answered yes to both of these questions half of the battle is won.  If the answer is no then you have a lot of work to do.  In my book entitled, “Phobia-The Five Keys to Overcoming your Fear of Public Speaking,” I give a systematic, simplistic approach that will help you prepare.
